Asking for a higher daily limit
Not by email — there is a button for it in the app. Sign in, and use “Request a higher limit” on the main screen.
It is not bureaucracy for its own sake: the form records which limit you are asking for and puts the request in the queue a reviewer actually works from. An email has to be re-entered by hand before anything can happen to it, which makes it the slower route to the same place.
Reporting a problem
What helps most, in one message:
- What you were doing, and what happened instead.
- Your browser and whether you are on a phone or a computer.
- The file's type and roughly its size — a PDF of about 8 MB is plenty.
Please do not attach the document itself. It is your client's passport or bank statement, we have deliberately built a product that never receives those, and an email is the one way one could reach us anyway. A description of the file is enough to work with — see the privacy page for why we would rather not have it.
What we cannot help with
We make a file-size tool, not a visa consultancy. We cannot advise on applications, eligibility, what a particular embassy requires, or whether a document will be accepted — and section 5 of the terms says the same thing in the place where it counts.
Which portal wants which size limit is a question for the portal. What we can tell you is how to hit whatever number it gives you.
Account deletion and data
Same address. Ask, and we will delete your account and everything attached to it — section 6 of the privacy page lists exactly what that removes.
